centennial news & events
On October 5, 1908, Northwestern University's School of Commerce opened their doors on the corner of Lake and Dearborn Streets in downtown Chicago. In 2008, the School - now known as the Kellogg School of Management will celebrate its 100th Anniversary. The Centennial Celebration will begin in October and continue through May 2009. Kellogg will celebrate its graduates and 100 years of creating leaders in a culture of innovation and collaboration. The Centennial Celebration will consist of many events, both on the Evanston and Chicago campuses, as well as locations in other cities. These events will represent the school's mission and raise visibility for the Kellogg School both in the United States and abroad.
